Institutional Repositories and the Principle of Open Access

In 2007 Carol A. Parker published an article titled, “Institutional Repositories and the Principle of Open Access: Changing the Way We Think about Legal Scholarship.” As stated in the introduction, “This article discusses institutional repositories, how they enable open access to legal scholarship, and how they are changing the way we think about legal scholarship.”
