Best Practice Guidelines for Managing Information & Records in the Electronic Age

In 2007 The Sedona Conference Working Group on Best Practices for Electronic Document Retention & Production released their second edition of “The Sedona Guidelines: Best Practice Guidelines & Commentary for Managing Information & Records in the Electronic Age.” As stated in the guidelines, “This document addresses the related and arguably larger questions related to the management of electronic information in organizations as a result of business, statutory, regulatory and legal needs.”
