The NSW State Records office released a case study that focused on the preservation of HR records which included using an electronic document records management system (EDRMS). As stated on the project website, “This case study describes a pilot business process digitization project involving the human resource management records of the NSW Department of Education and Communities. The project highlights the importance of project management and change management for business process digitization and demonstrates how careful planning can facilitate the automation of metadata collection. “
